Art Recovery LA is a collective of art conservation professionals in Los Angeles and throughout Southern California dedicated to assisting our communities to protect and restore their cherished belongings before, during, and after disasters. Through my volunteer work with ARLA, I have assisted with documenting and moderating the virtual information livestreams, volunteering in onsite clinics, and creating and upkeeping the organization's instagram presence to over 400 followers.

Role: Founding Member and Steering Committee Member (2025–Present); Former Social Media Manager (2025)

For the Western Association for Art Conservation's 49th annual meeting In 2023, WAAC collaborated with the collections management department at the Houston Space Center to conduct a survey of the storage compartments of the Skylab 1-G Trainer, America’s first space trainer, for the 50th anniversary of the original Skylab launch in 1973. These compartments, located inside the training module, have been sealed for 50 years. With a select group of volunteers from WAAC's annual conference, I assisted in handling, documenting, condition reporting, and taking inventory of objects that were sealed In the trainer since its decomissioning.
